There must be a word or term for the occasions when the same sounds have distinctly different meanings in different languages. Accidenshomonyms? Accisonornyms? Cheapusjokeus? Perhaps that's what we have here.
And here I thought it was what someone said when they found out the upper GI series was going to have to be redone.
